Суд спустя семь месяцев после ареста основателя инвестиционного фонда Baring Vostok Майкла Калви и других фигурантов его уголовного дела арестовал их счета и российское имущество, включая квартиры, где живут их жены и несовершеннолетние дети. Об этом сообщает «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на фонд и представителей Калви.
В Baring Vostok отметили, что обеспечительные меры были наложены «в отсутствие каких-либо активных следственных действий» и после независимой экспертизы, проведенной по заказу следствия, «когда уже ни у кого не осталось сомнений в надуманности обвинений», цитирует заявление фонда РИА «Новости».
Там добавили, что партнер компании Ваган Абгарян, директор по инвестициям Иван Зюзин и гендиректор НАО «Первое коллекторское бюро» (ПКБ) Максим Владимиров «и вовсе сидят в СИЗО без права посещений их семей». «Мы уверены, что наши коллеги невиновны, а уголовное дело — инструмент давления в корпоративном споре в банке «Восточный», — заключили в фонде, добавив, что следствие должно было прекратить дело, а не арестовывать имущество бизнесменов.
В середине сентября стало известно, что, согласно выводам финансовой экспертизы, рыночная стоимость акций компаний International Financial Technology Group (IFTG), переданных банку «Восточный» в счет погашения кредита в 2,5 млрд рублей, составляет не 600 тысяч рублей, как ранее утверждало следствие, а 3,8 млрд рублей. Спор вокруг пакета акций IFTG лег в основу уголовного дела против Калви и его партнеров.
